How do I clean the LUNA™? Wash the brush surfaces with soap and water, rinse with clean water and pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel. We recommend spraying the device with FOREO's Silicone Cleaning Spray and rinsing with warm water afterwards for optimal results. Allow device to air-dry.
Why is my FOREO not working?
If your 3-button FOREO device has apparently completed charging but still does not work, ensure that the travel lock is not on. Hold down the + and – buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds to turn the travel lock off. The LED will light up to confirm unlocking.
What should you not do with FOREO?
